Return and Exchange
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt. Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. In our store, we cover the costs of exchanging and returning goods if they are of poor quality. If the item you ordered is not delivered, this is also considered a defective item, and we will cover the shipping costs. In the case of returns or exchanges of goods of acceptable quality without any explanation, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
You can return or exchange a good quality product if:
1. The product has not been used and has no signs of wear: scratches, scuffs, stains, etc.;
2. The original packaging of the product is preserved in an unchanged condition and the product is fully assembled;
3. The product conforms to its consumer characteristics and retains its appearance.
4. This is a non-personalized product.
We define a substandard product as one that fails to meet its functional requirements due to a serious manufacturing defect. In other words, it is a product that has defects.
Please note that upon receipt of your order, you can check the appearance of the product, its completeness, and the completeness of the entire order at the time of delivery.
Shipping may take 5-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our made-to-order products are specially manufactured for you and require up to 15 business days for production and delivery – a sign of true craftsmanship and individuality. Our ready-to-order products, on the other hand, are ready to ship immediately and typically arrive within 5 business days. Except in the case of an exchange due to a manufacturing defect on our part, shipping costs or fees already paid are non-refundable. In the case of a product return, a refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the package.
Please note: Unfortunately, returns are not possible for personalized products that feature your initials or logo – they were made exclusively for you.
