What material do we use to manufacture our products?

We use high-quality genuine Crazy Horse leather to make our products. This leather is characterized by small scratches that rub off over time, giving the product a vintage look. We also use other premium leathers; you'll find the descriptions under each product.

Is it possible to engrave the product?

For some products, we offer monogram engraving. A monogram is a style of initials for engraving on a product. Other designs are charged separately, 10% of the product cost. Contact us for more information.

Are there scratches on my bag?

Only stylish superficial ones in some products! When we use Crazy Horse leather, it has tiny, superficial scratches that give it a vintage look. In other products – absolutely not!

When will I receive my order?

Order production times depend on the selected product. On average, it takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. Typically, your product will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Is it possible to exchange the product?

Of course, an exchange is possible in the event of a manufacturing defect! Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personalized items.
